This is a delicious blend of orchard fruits that includes prunes. My 7 month old has been having trouble with constipation since starting solid food and iron fortified cereals and this is a tasty choice to help keep her digestive system running smooth! She does not like plain prunes, but here they are combined with blueberries, strawberries, plums and other orchard fruit into a delicious mix blended to a nice consistency.
